DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN & SOCIAL SERVICES“SAY NO TO BULLYING” AWARENESS OUTREACH

Updated: Jun 1, 2023

Bullying is a relationship problem that involves a power imbalance, which is why it can be so challenging to overcome it by ourselves. Regardless of where bullying happens - in school, the office, at home or in the community - there are people and resources that can help. The Department of Human & Social Services through an educational awareness outreach program, shared with the students of Mary the Mother Montessori and Marist St. Francis Schools how to “SAY NO TO BULLYING!” The presentation also included how to define and determine a bully, the signs of someone being bullied, and how to prevent bullying.
